Purpose: Own assigned companies from response review to final story, maintaining a consistent voice and structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3–4 assigned companies (“accounts”).
- Read Microsoft Forms responses; identify gaps and clarifications.
- Draft follow-up notes/drafts; Admin sends emails.
- Conduct short calls (if scheduled by Admin); capture quotes accurately.
- Write clean, engaging features with uniform tone and structure.
- Prepare sidebars: company snapshot, HR leader profile, pull quotes.
- Coordinate with Design to match visuals with copy.
- Meet weekly content targets and deadlines.
Skills & Tools
- Strong writing & interviewing basics; Google Docs, MS Forms/Excel.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- 2–3 polished stories per writer by deadline.
- ≤2 revision cycles after copy edit.
- Accuracy (0 factual errors); on‑time delivery (100%).
