Customer Support Intern

Overview:
The Customer Support Intern will interact with customers, resolve issues, and support day-to-day communication with clients or users.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries via email, chat, or call
  • Record and escalate issues where needed
  • Maintain support logs and documentation
  • Assist in customer onboarding or follow-ups
  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with basic customer service tools
  • Must have a personal computer and access to the internet

Note: Please be aware that once selected for the internship, a one-time registration fee of GHS 200 is required to complete your enrollment and access onboarding resources. This fee helps cover administrative costs, onboarding materials, and training support for the program.
