HR Intern

Overview:
As an HR Intern, you’ll get exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration in a real-world setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Help organize employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Participate in engagement and learning activities
  • Research HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Interest in HR, people management, or organizational behavior
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Discretion in handling sensitive data
  • Must have a personal computer and access to the internet
