Overview:
As an HR Intern, you’ll get exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Help organize employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Participate in engagement and learning activities
- Research HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Interest in HR, people management, or organizational behavior
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Discretion in handling sensitive data
- Must have a personal computer and access to the internet
Note: Please be aware that once selected for the internship, a one-time registration fee of GHS 200 is required to complete your enrollment and access onboarding resources. This fee helps cover administrative costs, onboarding materials, and training support for the program.
