PR & Partnerships Lead

Purpose: Drive awareness, partnerships, and credibility for Gradcell Magazine & Issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build media list: student media, campus radio, blogs, national outlets.
  • Draft & send press releases, media kits, and pitch emails (Admin sends).
  • Liaise with university departments (Communications/Journalism schools) for collaboration and endorsements.
  • Manage corporate comms for cross‑promo with featured companies.
  • Own launch comms plan: pre‑launch, launch week, post‑launch.
  • Provide talking points for spokespersons (Cofounder/Admin).

Skills & Tools

  • PR writing (releases, pitches), relationship building, basic analytics.

KPIs

  • 5–10 media mentions/placements; 3+ campus partnerships; launch reach.
